We’re committed to playing an integral role in the 920+ communities we call home, and are especially passionate about empowering women and children to be their best. We also want to ensure our associates feel supported to pursue their passions throughout the communities they live in and love.
As a company, we give back both financially and in-kind donations, like donating checks to local schools in the community or taking part in an annual Grand Give, in which we collectively volunteer over 600 hours on a single day throughout the community of Duluth and many communities we serve.
