Q: How can I track my order

A: You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
You may receive multiple emails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the shipping method and your shipping location.

You can also go to the Order Tracking page on our website.

Order Status

Q: What’s my order status?

A: Open your Order Confirmation email and click on your order number to view the status of your order. Or visit the Order Tracking page on our website.

Please note: Order information may not appear in your Order History for up to 2 hours after the order has been submitted.

Q: How is order status different from tracking information?

A: The status of your order is supplied by maurices. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships. Once your order has shipped, it is handled by a carrier (such as UPS or USPS) that provides tracking information until your order is delivered.

Shipping
Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Your actual shipping and handling costs will be displayed on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon receiving your order confirmation.

Due to the contents of some products on our website, they are required to ship standard ground service. If you have chosen Next Day or Second Day Air as your shipping method and have ordered a shipping-restricted item in addition to items without shipping restrictions, the shipping-restricted item will ship independently from the remaining items in your order. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. You will not incur additional shipping charges when ordering shipping- restricted items.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Delivery times vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.

Shipping to Canada

Q: What are the duties/tariff costs?

A: Orders shipped from the United States to addresses in Canada will be charged duties/tariffs based on location and order total. You can preview the total taxes for your purchase at checkout before completing your order, or get tariff/duty information from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Q: What are my shipping options and rates?

A: Shipping to Canada: Flat-rate Standard Ground Shipping for $9.95

Note: Some items are not available for shipment to Canadian addresses due to local regulations.

Purolator PuroPost Ground Service:

Items(s) ship via Purolator PuroPost service to all destinations in Canada with a physical address. Your order should arrive within 3-10 full business days from the date of shipment.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy

We happily accept maurices returns anytime with your original receipt or order number.

We want you to feel good about everything you purchase from maurices, and we’ll do everything within reason to make it right.

All evsieâ„¢ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Respectfully, we may refuse returns for items that have been visibly worn or damaged, or if there appears to be fraud or abuse. Panties cannot be returned if the tag has been removed. Swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed.

Q: How do I return my item at a store?

A: Bring your return with the original receipt or order number to any maurices store.

If the item was purchased online, please bring the original packaging – your order number will be on your package address label or packing slip (if included). The order number can also be found in your order emails and in your online account at maurices.com.

Don’t have the receipt or order number? We’ll give you a merchandise credit for the current price.

Q: Can I return evsieâ„¢ items in store or online?

A: All evsieâ„¢ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Return By Mail

Q: How do I return my online purchase?

A: The fastest way to get a refund for online purchases is to use our Expedited Returns Portal (Canadian customer please click here) and follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return. If possible, please return items in the original product packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the online order number for all items being returned. Your order number can be found on your package address label or packing slip (if included), in your order emails or in your online account at maurices.com.
  • Through our return portal, you’ll be able to download and print a prepaid return label to mail your item(s) back. A $6.95 (USD) fee will be deducted from your return to cover return shipping costs.
  • Respectfully, we may refuse returns for items that have been visibly worn or damaged. Panties cannot be returned if the tag has been removed. Swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.
  • All evsieâ„¢ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Q: Can I return my in-store purchase by mail?

A: We cannot process returns for item(s) that were purchased in your local maurices store at our online warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Q: How do I exchange my item(s) at a store?

A: You can exchange your item(s) purchased in store or online at your favorite maurices store. Please remember to bring your receipt.

Q: Can I exchange my item(s) online?

A: We are unable to process exchanges in our online warehouse, but you may go to your local store and an associate will assist you with an exchange. You may also return your merchandise via our Online Returns Process and place a new order for the desired items.

Please note: you will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.
