Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping costs are based on the Shipping Method you choose and value of your order. Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

**Item(s) may be shipped via Next Day Shipping service to most destinations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders must be placed prior to 1 p.m. EST to be shipped the same business day as the order is placed.
Shipping to Canada
Q: What are the duties/tariff costs?
A: Orders shipped from the United States to addresses in Canada will be charged duties/tariffs based on location and order total. You can preview the total taxes for your purchase at checkout before completing your order, or get tariff/duty information from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Q: What are my shipping options and rates?
A: Shipping to Canada: Flat-rate Standard Ground Shipping for $9.95

Delivery times will vary based on the date and time your order is placed, the amount of time needed to securely package and ship your order, and your preferred shipping method. Some item(s) are not available for shipment to Canadian addresses due to local regulations.
Purolator PuroPost Ground Service:
Items(s) ship via Purolator PuroPost service to all destinations in Canada with a physical address. Your order should arrive within 3-10 full business days from the date of shipment.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within
the United States.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your actual shipping and handling cost will be displayed on the Shipping Options page of checkout. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon receiving your order confirmation.
Due to the contents of some products on our website, they are required to ship standard ground service. If you have chosen Next Day or Second Day Air as your shipping method and have ordered a shipping restricted item in addition to items without shipping restrictions, the shipping restricted item will ship independently from the remaining items in your order. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. You will incur no additional shipping charges when ordering shipping restricted items.
