leadership
a legacy of people-first leadership
In 1931, shopkeeper E. Maurices Labovitz opened a small women’s clothing store in Duluth, Minnesota. That first maurices store grew to be successful under his leadership and commitment to exceptional product, value and people-first service.
We’re proud of the leadership that has since driven maurices to become a national brand with 900 locations in the U.S. and Canada – as always, dedicated to serving women who are the heart of our hometowns.
