Our Diversity, Equity and Belonging Advisory groups are comprised of both store and home office associates, and meet quarterly to serve as a sounding board, allowing us to accelerate the advancement of inclusion and diversity efforts.

Associate Resource Groups (ARG) are created based on associate interest, providing more opportunities to share common interests and identities and foster a culture of belonging.

We continue to expand our candidate reach through partnerships with organizations like Upturnships and the Military Spouse Employment Program. We also actively update internal tools and resources in our interviewing and hiring process to align with our People First Promise, ensuring that job descriptions, interviewing guides and associates embrace a culture of inclusion.
