Gift Card FAQs
Q: How do I purchase a Gift Card or eGift Card?
A: You can buy Gift Cards in store or online and eGift Cards online only.
Q: How long will it take to get receive a Gift Card purchased online?
A: Gift Card: Depending on the shipping method you choose, a Gift Card will be delivered in 1-10 business days.
eGift Card: An eGift Card can take up to 2 business days from purchase to be processed and emailed to the recipient.
Rules and Regulations for Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards may be redeemed on maurices.com or at any of our maurices stores.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be applied as payment on any account.
- Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase.
- There's no sales tax on purchases of Gift Cards but items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.
- Purchases made with a Canadian payment method will be subject to currency exchange rates. These rates may change from day to day. Please contact your financial institution for more details of the rate of exchange in your area.
- Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Q: How do I use my Gift Card or eGift Card?
A: Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used at any of our stores and online. For Online Orders enter your Gift Card number and PIN (case sensitive) on the Payment page, and click "Apply." If you have more than one Gift Card, simply click "Apply" as you enter each number.
Q: How much is on my Gift Card?
A: To check the balance of your Gift Card, click here
Note: If your Gift Card has a PIN number, it will be located on the back of the card and covered by silver scratch-off material.
