Return Policy

We happily accept maurices returns anytime with your original receipt or order number.

We want you to feel good about everything you purchase from maurices, and we’ll do everything within reason to make it right.

All evsie™ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Respectfully, we may refuse returns for items that have been visibly worn or damaged, or if there appears to be fraud or abuse. Panties cannot be returned if the tag has been removed. Swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed.

Q: How do I return my item at a store?

A: Bring your return with the original receipt or order number to any maurices store.

All evsie™ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

If the item was purchased online, please bring the original packaging – your order number will be on your package address label or packing slip (if included). The order number can also be found in your order emails and in your online account at maurices.com.

Don’t have the receipt or order number? We’ll give you a merchandise credit for the current price.

Return By Mail

Q: How do I return my online purchase?

A: The fastest way to get a refund for online purchases is to use our Expedited Returns Portal (Canadian customer please click here) and follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return. If possible, please return items in the original product packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the online order number for all items being returned. Your order number can be found on your package address label or packing slip (if included), in your order emails or in your online account at maurices.com.
  • Through our return portal, you’ll be able to download and print a prepaid return label to mail your item(s) back. A $6.95 (USD) fee will be deducted from your return to cover return shipping costs.
  • Respectfully, we may refuse returns for items that have been visibly worn or damaged. Panties cannot be returned if the tag has been removed. Swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.
  • All evsie™ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Q: Can I return my in-store purchase by mail?

A: We cannot process returns for item(s) that were purchased in your local maurices store at our online warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Q: How do I exchange my item(s) at a store?

A: You can exchange your item(s) purchased in store or online at your favorite maurices store. Please remember to bring your receipt.

All evsie™ items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Q: Can I exchange my item(s) online?

A: We are unable to process exchanges in our online warehouse, but you may go to your local store and an associate will assist you with an exchange. You may also return your merchandise via our Online Returns Process and place a new order for the desired items.

Please note: you will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.

Canadian Returns

Q: What if I need to make a return in Canada?

Cancellations

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: You can change your order within the first 30 minutes of placing it. Call us at 1-866-977-1542 or chat with us for immediate cancellation or changes. Missed the window? You can return or exchange your order at your local maurices store after you've received it or mail it back for a refund.

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: If you received a cancellation notice via email, the item you ordered is no longer in stock, your billing name and address didn't match the credit card you used, or we are unable to ship to the address provided. Call us at 1-866-977-1542 for more information.

Afterpay Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

A: If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in store or by mail.

Items purchased using Afterpay can be returned to a store for merchandise credit only.

For a refund to your Afterpay account, items must be shipped back to our warehouse.

Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com

Paypal Returns & Exchanges
  • Orders purchased using PayPal can be returned in store. The refund will be placed onto the debit/credit card linked to your PayPal account.
  • For a refund to your PayPal account, order must be shipped back to our warehouse.
